Hello, and welcome to my website. It takes courage to begin the process of finding a therapist.  

You may have come to this page because you are thinking about making changes in your life. You may be seeking to solve problems, find freedom from anxiety; or perhaps you are in need of hypnotherapy to quit smoking,  or manage your weight. Your life may feel off course or like you are not actualizing your potential. If any of the above statements relate to you in any way, I might be of great help. As a psychotherapist and an advanced certified clinical hypnotherapist in Annapolis Maryland, I have treated patients successfully for over 25 years.

My treatment specialties include: post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sexual abuse, past and present traumatic experiences, anxiety, low self-esteem, codependency, grief and loss, and sexuality concerns. I am an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and work to heal sexual trauma, and trauma effecting couples. As a highly experienced hypnotherapist and hypnotherapy teacher I offer highly effective smoking cessation and offer Online groups for management of emotional eating.  

Whatever your concerns may be, my goal is that together, we work towards finding and using your own capacity for healing and discovery in a safe, supportive and respectful environment. Psychotherapy will help bring forth greater self-understanding and self-freedoms. It will help you to turn challenges into opportunities for self-enhancement and personal well-being.
